SCHEDULING
All TAGKF reservations are made through our website: www.tag-forum.org. A special section marked "Reservation Form" will take you to a page that needs to be filled in order to make a reservation.
Steps to making an online reservation:
- Step One: User Information
- Step Two: Meeting Information
- Step Three: Date/Time
- Step Five: Services
- Step Six: Submission
A confirmation will be sent to you regarding the reservation. The website has a calendar of scheduled events that needs to be checked before making any reservation. Reservations are accepted on a first come-first served basis.
VENUE ARRANGEMENTS
- Please request any room set-up needs prior to your event.
- Please request any extra equipment, catering, translators, etc. prior to your event.
- The meeting will be reserved in the name of the person who signs the form and he/she will be responsible for the meeting.
- The point-of-contact will receive (via email) a confirmation of the reservation. The reservation is confirmed once the email confirmation has been sent to the point-of-contact.
- To cancel reservation, please do so at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event time by +962 6 5 100 250 Ext. 3803 or email us at info@tag-forum.org.
AUDIOVISUAL SUPPORT
- Audiovisual support is available for events held at TAGKF. For computer-operated displays, i.e. PowerPoint Presentations, all connection cables, LCD projector(s)/screens are provided.
- PLEASE BE ADVISED: Network or Internet connectivity is available in the conference center.
